As the Red V finalizes most of their recruitment for 2027, their focus has shifted to November 1, and the potential for more immediate exits.
News Corp reports that Clint Gutherson, Daniel Atkinson, Kyle Flanagan, and Moses Suli are all in danger of being let go if they can find new teams before the upcoming season starts.
Gutherson, serving as the club's fullback since his arrival, has shown improvements in recent outings. However, the addition of another player has led to uncertainty regarding his regular spot on the team.
Speculation arises about a possible shift to centre, though he risks becoming a costly bench option if not utilized in a starting role.
Despite the circumstances, Gutherson is reportedly keen to remain, wanting to fulfill the last 12 months of his contract no matter the situation.
