Jack Bostock's year progressed from ACL rehabilitation to a first Dolphins finals game, a NSW State of Origin debut and his first Test appearance for Australia.
The winger has scored six World Cup tries, including his second tournament hat-trick in Saturday's 66-6 win over Cook Islands.
A free agent from November 1, Bostock is weighing his future after the Dolphins tabled him an extension.
Reports have linked him with the Dragons or Cronulla, but Bostock said, "It is definitely not set in stone that I am leaving the Dolphins."
He told the Dolphins a couple of weeks earlier that he wanted to consider his options.
During Kangaroos camp, Bostock said the World Cup remained his priority and planned to meet his manager to assess his choices.
Reece Walsh joked Bostock was "going to get a lot of cash" and praised his work ethic, versatility and potential at 23.
Bostock developed as a centre in the Dragons system, but Wayne Bennett debuted him on the wing at the Dolphins, a role he now enjoys.
He credited Dolphins rehabilitation specialist Anthony Cutrupi, who worked with him and Max Plath through their ACL recoveries.
