The Dolphins have introduced a fresh wave of promising talent as part of their 2026 Development program, showcasing several junior stars who are vying for NRL recognition.

The club claims this group is among the most formidable since their inception, combining skills from junior representatives, past premiership successes, and impressive versatility.

One standout is Zac Garton, a robust edge forward whose association with the Dolphins dates back to the Under 6s at Redcliffe. After gaining Australian Schoolboys honors in 2024 and representing Queensland Under-19s in both 2024 and 2025, Garton continues to showcase his talent with notable size, agility, and a strong representative background.

Another promising player is Charlie Dickson, a diligent lock forward who has been in the Dolphins system since the first Academy intake in 2022. Having won the Cyril Connell Cup twice with Redcliffe and represented Queensland Schoolboys, Dickson is known for his reliability, physicality, and impactful defensive skills.

Additionally, Lewis Symonds stands out in the development squad, having captained Redcliffe's undefeated Under-20s team in 2025.
