The Dolphins NRL affiliate club partnerships are providing a platform for young players to pursue their NRL dreams in the 2024 season.

Through their relationships with the Central Capras, Redcliffe Dolphins, and newly added Norths Devils, a select number of players have the opportunity to train with the full-time NRL squad.

This program also includes coach education for staff at the affiliate clubs, allowing them to participate in training sessions alongside their players during pre-season.

The initiative aims to not only enhance the skills of the affiliate club players but also serve as a pathway for a direct transition to the NRL.

Last year, Dolphins players Kurt Donoghoe and Trai Fuller earned NRL opportunities after starting on train-and-trial agreements through the affiliate clubs.

This season, a new group of players, including four from the Norths Devils, have already begun training with the Dolphins' full-time squad.
