On Monday night at the Manly Pacific, Daly Cherry-Evans, the half-back and captain of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, was awarded the prestigious Roy Bull 'Best and Fairest' Award for the 2023 NRL season.

Coach Anthony Seibold had the honor of presenting Cherry-Evans with this top accolade.

This marks the third time that Cherry-Evans has claimed this esteemed award, having previously won it in 2017 and 2020.

He now joins the illustrious company of Jake Trbojevic (2015, 2018, 2019) and Glenn Stewart (2007, 2008, 2011) as a three-time winner of the Club's Best and Fairest Award, which is named after one of Manly's early pioneers, Roy Bull.

Bull, who played as a prop for Manly, was the club's first Australian player in 1949 and had a successful international career, representing Australia in 25 Tests and playing 26 games for NSW.

In addition to the Best and Fairest Award, Cherry-Evans also took home the NRL Players' Player award and the Gordon Willoughby Medallion for Best Player as voted by Manly Members, completing a clean sweep for the night.
