In a momentous occasion for the Sydney Roosters, two of their most esteemed administrators, Cath King and John Quayle, have been granted the highest honor the club can bestow - Life Membership.
The announcement was made during the Annual General Meeting, held at the iconic Easts Leagues Club.
It is worth noting that King's dedication to the club stretches back an impressive three decades, with her career starting in 1993 in various administrative positions.
Her journey eventually led her to assume the role of Executive Manager of Club Operations - a testament to her unwavering commitment.
King has also etched her name in the history books as the first-ever female football manager in the club's extensive 117-year history.
Her resilience and trailblazing spirit have ensured that she will forever be remembered as a pioneer for women in Rugby League.
Joining King in this prestigious honor is John Quayle, a former player for the Roosters who earned the distinguished number 585.
Their contributions, both on and off the field, have undoubtedly left an indelible mark on the club's rich history.
This Life Membership serves as a fitting tribute to their exemplary service and unwavering dedication to the Sydney Roosters.
