According to broncos.com.au, Shenae Ciesiolka's journey in rugby league began in the backyard of her family home in Oakey, long before her NRLW debut.

What seemed like harmless sibling rivalry during those early years greatly influenced her career in ways she never anticipated.

The backyard battles paved the way for her success on the field with the Oakey Bears, where her headgear masked the fact that she was the sole girl in the competition.

Now, 14 years later, Ciesiolka continues to outpace her opponents and boasts an impressive resume, including an NRLW premiership, multiple State of Origin series wins, and three appearances with the Australian Jillaroos.
