Jeral Skelton scored 18 tries in 28 games for Wests Tigers over two seasons, averaging 128 running metres per game.
The 27-year-old will return to Canterbury-Bankstown in 2027 on a one-year deal.
He made his NRL debut for the Bulldogs in 2023 and played eight matches across two seasons before joining the Tigers.
Bulldogs General Manager of Football AM Phil Gould welcomed his return.
"Jeral has earned a reputation as one of the more powerful wingers in the game and will add valuable depth to the outside backs," Gould said.
Gould added: "He was a popular player during his previous stint at the Club so we know both the players and staff will be excited to work with him again."
Skelton is due to start training with the Bulldogs when pre-season begins in November.
