Zahara Temara will face her former club when Canberra meets the Sydney Roosters in Saturday night's preliminary final at Allianz Stadium.
The Raiders reached this stage after defeating the Wests Tigers 6-0 in last weekend's elimination final, their first finals campaign.
Canberra has retained its lineup and will draw on that experience against a Roosters team returning from a week off.
Sydney has also named Jayme Fressard in its starting side.
The Roosters won the teams' round-three meeting 22-18 at Canberra's GIO Stadium.
"Super excited for Saturday, we went into the game really confident, and I think we just focus on ourselves and can't wait to get into training this week."
Temara has helped drive Canberra's strong 2026 season, producing 10 try assists and engaging the line 67 times.
Her composure in the middle remains another important part of the Raiders' attack.
She spent five seasons with Sydney and was part of its 2021 premiership team, creating the chance to defeat her former club.
Roosters halfback Tarryn Aiken has supplied 17 try assists and 19 line-break assists this season.
In her second year with Sydney, Aiken brings finals experience from two premierships with the Broncos.
The winner will advance to next week's grand final.
