In the upcoming Macca's Local Derby at Cbus Super Stadium, Canadian captain Megan Pakulis and young talent Lily Patston will make their NRLW debuts for the Titans against the Broncos.

Pakulis, a 28-year-old forward and recent champion with the York Valkyrie in the English Super League, replaces Dannii Perese on the interchange bench.

Meanwhile, Patston, a train-and-triallist, takes the wing position, stepping in for the injured Destiny Mino-Sinapati (ankle).

Additionally, Lily Kolc joins the bench due to Brittany Breayley-Nati's fractured collarbone.

This leads to a reshuffling, with Taliah Fuimaono moving to dummy-half and Pauline Piliae-Rasabale promoted to five-eighth.

The rest of the team remains unchanged following their Round 1 outing in Townsville.

The match kicks off at 4 PM on Sunday, marking the first of two games at the stadium.
