Throughout the week, the local junior clubs have been buzzing with excitement as they hosted their annual Come & Try Rugby League events.
It's been a sight to behold, with kids from all walks of life eagerly strapping on their boots and joining in on the action.
And boy, did they have some incredible mentors to guide them along the way.
The Canberra Raiders NRL and Jersey Flegg players, legends in their own right, lent a helping hand and led the youngsters through various drills to sharpen their skills.
Together, they formed a formidable team, dancing through the fields with the grace and agility of seasoned veterans.
These events not only bring communities closer but also serve as a gateway for aspiring future stars to meet their idols and soak up the infectious camaraderie that rugby league is known for.
It's all about fostering a sense of belonging, of unity, and of course, having a damn good time.
So let's raise the glasses and toast to the power of grassroots rugby league, where dreams are born, and legends are made.
It's a beautiful thing, mate.
