Headingley is set to host an epic clash of the codes in memory of rugby legend Rob Burrow.

The unique 13-a-side showdown will see former England rugby union and rugby league players go head-to-head in a special match to raise funds for Motor Neurone Disease research and support.

Dubbed the '745 Game' in honor of Burrow, Ed Slater, and Doddie Weir, the game will feature a mix of cross-code rules to add a twist to the traditional format.

Unlimited tackles in one's own half, six after the halfway line, uncontested scrums and line-outs, and altered point scoring with five points for a try, two for a conversion, and two for a drop goal will keep both teams on their toes.

Stars from the rugby world, including Danny Cipriani, Billy Twelvetrees, Tom Youngs, Keith Senior, Adrian Morley, and Danny McGuire, will lace up their boots once again for this special occasion.

Slater, one of the masterminds behind the event, expressed his excitement for the game and the opportunity to support those affected by MND.

With the spirit of camaraderie and competition raging strong, this unique cross-code clash promises to be a memorable tribute to a true rugby hero.

So mark your calendars for November 17 and get ready to witness history in the making at Headingley.
