Bali break leaves Cronulla Shark in heartache

LeagueNews.co | Jason Patrick

In a devastating turn of events, Cronulla Sharks sensation Jesse Ramien's Bali getaway has turned into a real game-changer for his family.

While enjoying some time off in Bali with his partner Shell and little one Tallen, Shell went into early labor, throwing them into a sudden overtime situation.

She needed to undergo an emergency C-section, leaving everyone on edge.

Unfortunately, Shell had to go under the knife with anaesthesia, and their newborn son Teo had to be resuscitated for a nerve-wracking 5 minutes until he finally kicked back into gear and started breathing.

Teo is currently struggling to breathe on his own, and the Ramien clan is facing a tough challenge to get him back home to Aussie turf.

The emergency medical flight needed can cost a whopping $130,000, putting them in a tough spot.

In a true display of mateship, Ramien's friend Shavaun Hunt has launched a GoFundMe page to rally support and help the family navigate this unexpected and challenging play.

The goal is to make sure Teo can safely touch down in Australia and start his journey to recovery.
