Olivia Kernick was named player of the match after helping Australia's Jillaroos overpower England 78-0 in Perth.
The forward's ballplaying complemented the work of Jocelyn Kelleher, Tarryn Aiken and Tamika Upton as Australia dominated the fifth meeting between the teams.
England conceded a penalty from the kickoff, and Jaime Chapman scored in the second minute before adding another try soon after.
Upton helped create tries for Kelleher, Julia Robinson and Isabelle Kelly, while Abbi Church also scored as the Jillaroos led 36-0 at half-time.
Robinson left with a suspected fractured wrist, but Australia continued to score after the break through Aiken and Kernick.
Kelleher then chased her own chip and passed to Upton, who set up Church to take the margin to 58-0.
Makenzie Weale scored on her Jillaroos debut, followed by Tiana Penitani-Gray, Kelly's second try and Shaylee Bent.
England's Eva Hunter left with a left ankle injury, while Fran Goldthorpe finished despite suffering a left arm injury.
Australia will meet Wales in its final pool game. England faces Samoa for a semi-final place.
