For the third time in 14 months, fans in Christchurch and the South Island have once again demonstrated their support for the New Zealand Warriors by selling out tickets to the club's Anzac Day match against Newcastle.
The sold-out sign went up three weeks in advance for the historic game at Apollo Projects Stadium.
This follows previous sell-outs for last year's Preseason Challenge and a round three home game.
The recent sell-out in Christchurch came shortly after all tickets were sold for the Warriors' upcoming home match against Brisbane Broncos.
The partnership between the Warriors and Venues Ĺtautahi and Christchurch NZ has been vital in bringing NRL games to Christchurch, with the last match of the current deal set to take place at One New Zealand Stadium when it opens next year.
