The future of Anthony Milford in the Rugby League world remains as murky as a Queensland rainstorm after Isaiya Katoa signed a long-term deal with The Dolphins until 2028.
While Katoa secures his spot on the field, two other playmakers, Kodi Nikorima and Milford, are still without contracts for the upcoming season.
Nikorima is currently running plays with Katoa at NRL level, but Milford has been missing in action since Round 24, 2023, or his last appearance in the QLD Cup quarter-final last year.
The uncertainty surrounding Milford's future at The Dolphins has Coach Wayne Bennett fielding questions about the off-contract player.
"He can't make any moves in his career until he sorts out his hamstring," replied Bennett, maintaining the suspense surrounding Milford's next move.
The Rugby League world waits with bated breath to see where the elusive Milford will make his next play.
