The Penrith Panthers have announced that Andrew Hill will step in as their new Panthers Group CEO, succeeding Brian Fletcher, who will retire in November.

Hill is set to lead the CEO position, which entails overseeing the leagues club program with a number of venues across New South Wales. His previous experience includes heading the Papua New Guinea NRL team and leading the successful bid for the NRL's 19th license, anticipated to commence in 2028.

Hill's background includes significant roles at the Parramatta Eels and Canterbury Bulldogs, as well as positions with the NRL, Rugby League World Cup, and AFL club GWS Giants.

While leadership in the football department remains unchanged, with Matt Cameron continuing in his role, he will report directly to Hill. Expressing enthusiasm about joining the Panthers, Hill remarked, "This is a role that allows me to align my skills and experience with one of the most successful and respected organisations in Australian sport."
