The NRL has made significant efforts to minimize five-day turnarounds for the 2026 season, yet some teams still find themselves at a disadvantage, while others have avoided this challenge altogether.
The Brisbane Broncos, Dolphins, and Cronulla Sharks have been particularly affected, each facing three five-day turnarounds. In contrast, the Bulldogs, Warriors, Eels, Dragons, and Tigers benefit from not having any five-day turnarounds.
Additionally, the Bulldogs are scheduled to have nine six-day turnarounds. On the other hand, teams like the Dragons, Tigers, and Roosters enjoy a more favorable schedule, each having only six six-day turnarounds and no five-day turnarounds at all.
