In the world of Rugby League, Balin Cupples and Andrew Webster have formed an unlikely duo.

Working together for a decade, their partnership has been instrumental in the Warriors' remarkable transformation this year.

Crammed into a dingy office with patchy internet, located next to the retired canteen in Concord Oval's western grandstand, Cupples and Webster have overcome the odds.

Back in 2012, Webster held the senior position as an assistant coach for the U-20 side of the Wests Tigers.

However, Cupples, a 30-year-old bachelor fresh from his time in England, was yet to fully embrace domestic living.

Despite their differences, the pair's strong working relationship has played a significant role in the Warriors' success.

Now, they are facing the Broncos for a chance to secure a spot in the grand final.
