Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has copped a rough deal ahead of the final game of the season, leaving Warriors fans absolutely fuming at the NRL's lack of consistency\.

The uproar comes after Stephen Crichton avoided a sin-bin for a high tackle on Tuivasa-Sheck, meaning the back will now miss the last match of the season\.

The Bulldogs dashed Shaun Johnson's farewell party in front of his home crowd, romping to a 34-18 victory to tighten the race for a top-four spot alongside Cronulla and the Sydney Roosters.

The packed Mt Smart Stadium bid adieu to veteran Johnson in his final home game for the year, with fans braving the cold and rain to send him off with a tearful ovation\.

However, the match was marred by Bunker controversy yet again, as Bulldogs centre Crichton escaped punishment for his high shot on Tuivasa-Sheck\.

With the Warriors holding a slim 18-16 lead in the 46th minute, Crichton's shoulder made harsh contact with Tuivasa-Sheck's head, leaving the Origin star concussed and unable to continue.

Tuivasa-Sheck's ugly injury has left fans questioning the integrity and fairness of the game, with many calling for more consistency in officiating\.

As the season winds down and tensions rise, moments like these only add fuel to the fire of NRL controversies.
