Gold Coast forward Moeaki Fotuaika has been charged by the match review committee following the Titans' Round 23 clash against the Warriors on Friday.
The prop was sent off in the 17th minute for an accidental high tackle on Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad.
Fotuaika has been hit with a grade 2 careless high tackle charge, which will likely result in a one-match ban.
If the 119-game star takes the early plea, he will miss next Thursday's home clash against the Tigers.
However, if he chooses to fight the charge and is found guilty at the hearing, he will also miss Round 17 against the Broncos in Brisbane.
In last night's game, Chris Randall was also put on report but has avoided any charges.
At this time, no pleas have been submitted.
