Despite his strong ties to his local area of Cherbourg, Cobbo emphasized that his attachment will not influence his decision regarding his next deal.
According to reports from Zero Tackle, Cobbo frequently returns to his birthplace but acknowledges that moving away from one of the South East Queensland clubs could complicate that.
In a statement to AAP, he expressed, "Cherbourg is not going to run away," indicating that while he values his roots, he is open to exploring other opportunities beyond remaining with the Broncos.
