Wigan maintained their position at the top of the Women's Super League after a thrilling 22-22 draw against St Helens, their closest rivals.

According to bbc.com, Eva Hunter's late try secured the draw, allowing Wigan to preserve their unbeaten record this season.

The result leaves Wigan just one point ahead of St Helens, who were looking to rebound from their recent 42-6 defeat by Wigan in the Challenge Cup final.

In other matches, York Valkyrie secured a commanding 70-0 victory over winless Warrington, reclaiming third place, while Huddersfield kept their top-four hopes alive with a 32-12 win against second-bottom Barrow.

Despite Wigan's dominant performance in their previous encounter, this latest matchup between the league's two unbeaten teams turned out to be a tightly contested game.
