Wests Tigers eager for more Leichhardt magic in late finals charge

Wests Tigers captain Api Koroisau has urged the team's supporters to fill Leichhardt Oval as they aim to overcome challenges and break a 14-year finals absence.

Recent victories against the Bulldogs and Sea Eagles have propelled the Tigers into the top-eight contention, moving them to 11th place on the ladder.

Currently, the team is four points away from the finals and needs to secure three wins, alongside favorable results from other matches, to make the postseason. Koroisau acknowledges that achieving this is a tall order but remains optimistic that his squad can find a way into the finals.

While the Tigers' season has experienced its share of ups and downs, along with several 'what if' moments, it is likely to be deemed a success even if they fail to qualify for the finals.
