Kezie Apps reached her 50th NRLW appearance as Wests Tigers captain, but Canberra ended the club's historic finals campaign with a 6-0 victory.
The result was the Tigers' first finals defeat since entering the competition in 2023, after they finished fourth under new coach Craig Sandercock.
Canberra opened the scoring in the 17th minute when Isabella Waterman crossed in the corner following sustained possession. Zehara Temara missed the conversion.
Wests Tigers faced enormous defensive pressure, making 70 more tackles than the Raiders during the opening half.
Apps made 21 tackles, while Kelyse Bent and Salma Nour each made 20. The Tigers completed 14 of their 16 first-half sets.
Raecene McGregor's short kick produced a repeat set in the 24th minute, but Chante Temara later lost possession while attempting to ground a grubber.
Shenai Lendill was placed on report for a crusher tackle in the 14th minute, while Rikeya Horne left the field for a head-injury assessment early in the second half.
Canberra extended its advantage through a penalty goal in the 48th minute.
The Tigers could not convert late opportunities, including an uncontested kick from Losana Lutu and a final attacking chance after Apps stole possession.
Although Holli Wheeler dropped the ball with time remaining, Canberra held on to secure the 6-0 win.
