On Saturday night, the Warriors returned to their home ground, Mt Smart Stadium, also known as "The Fortress of Faith," for their first NRL final in 15 years.

The home fans were ecstatic to have a taste of finals footy in New Zealand again.

Shaun Johnson, the star player, played a pivotal role in igniting his team's performance.

However, the Knights had a shockingly poor start, which prevented them from pulling off another miracle victory.

Despite the years of suffering and disappointment, the Warriors' loyal fanbase never fails to show up and support their team when it matters the most.

This unwavering dedication was exemplified by Brent Tate, who once compared the Auckland crowd to the passionate Lang Park mob on Origin night.
