In a clash between the Warriors and the Dolphins in Auckland, the Warriors emerged victorious with a 34-22 win, thanks to the strength of their forwards and the scintillating performance of Roger Tuivasa-Sheck.

The Dolphins put up a fight throughout the match but were dealt a blow with a potential ACL injury to star forward Tom Gilbert.

The Warriors started off strong with a clever decoy play by Luke Metcalf setting up Marcelo Montoya for a try in the corner.

Just minutes later, Mitch Barnett capitalized on a Kurt Capewell line break to charge through the Dolphins' defense and score.

The visitors' hopes were further dashed when Dallin Watene-Zelezniak intercepted a pass from Kodi Nikorima and electrified the crowd with a 50m run downfield.
