Both centres Rocco Berry and Moala Graham-Taufa are sidelined, with Berry promoted to the NRL team and Graham-Taufa out with a knee injury.
Veteran winger Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is also unable to play due to a hamstring injury.
As a result, Morgan Harper, a 64-game first-grade player, will move into the centres after previously playing on the wing.
Despite the changes, the Warriors are coming off three consecutive wins and remain at the top of the table.
The match against Western Suburbs will take place at Campbelltown Sports Stadium in Sydney on Sunday.
