The NZ Warriors have announced their final line-up for their last regular season home match against St George Illawarra at Go Media Stadium tonight.
The game is set to kick-off at 8:00pm and is sponsored by the Warriors Community Foundation.
According to warriors.kiwi, the team's official website, the confirmed line-up for the match is as follows: 1-17.
Unfortunately, fullback Taine Tuaupiki will not be playing in the match as he has been named as the 18th man.
This means he will be on standby in case any of the selected players are unable to play.
Yesterday, Te Maire Martin was one of three players who were omitted from the extended bench.
This decision was made 24 hours before kick-off.
Martin, who is 27 years old, had been listed on the extended bench wearing jersey #22 on Tuesday.
He had been closing in on a return to the field after fracturing his left fibula in a match against the Newcastle Knights on April 9.
In addition to being on the extended bench for the first-grade team, Martin was also named in the #6 jersey for the club's New South Wales Cup side.
This team will be taking on the Dragons in the final round of the competition's regular season in Sydney on Saturday.
During the Warriors' first six NRL games, Martin had been paired with Shaun Johnson in the halves for five of them.
However, he missed the fifth round clash with the Sharks due to a head knock.
The other two players who were omitted from the bench for tonight's match are winger Edward Kosi and back rower Kalani Going.
It is not specified why they were omitted, but it is likely a tactical decision made by the coaching staff.
As the Warriors prepare to take the field tonight, fans will be eagerly anticipating a strong performance from the team in their final home match of the regular season.
