The NZ Warriors will meet the Knights in Sunday's elimination semifinal without Jackson Ford, whose comeback lasted just 24 minutes.
Ford had missed 10 matches after undergoing pectoral surgery in June, returning from the bench for the qualifying final against the Dolphins.
An ankle complaint forced the front rower from that match and subsequently placed him back on the casualty list.
Halfback Luke Metcalf and centre Rocco Berry are also unavailable while recovering from hamstring injuries.
