'Simply the best fans': Warriors create history as every home game is a sell-out

The Warriors are on fire, proving to be the must-see show in town, with the club making NRL history with their latest achievement.

According to news.com.au, the Warriors have etched their name in the annals of Rugby League lore by becoming the first NRL team to completely sell out all their home games.

The final two matches of 2024 are already confirmed to be full houses, showcasing the unwavering support for the sport in New Zealand.

Every game at Go Media Stadium in Auckland has been a full house this year, with tickets already flying off the shelves for the upcoming battles against Parramatta and Canterbury.

It's an extraordinary feat for a team that faced adversity during the era of constant travel due to Covid-19.

However, they've emerged stronger than ever, solidifying their status as the powerhouse team in New Zealand after the triumphant "Up the Wahs" chant rallied them to the preliminary final in 2023.

Their popularity is so immense that a Super Rugby semi-final had to be rescheduled to avoid a clash with the Warriors - a scenario that was unthinkable not too long ago.

Warriors chief executive Cameron George expressed his pride over this remarkable accomplishment, stating, "It's an unbelievable achievement and one we're very proud of.

But most of all, this is a testament to the members and fans who have stood by the team through thick and thin.

They're the true champions here, simply the best fans around."
