Super Sunday for the New Zealand Warriors was a busy day filled with matches for all five of the club's teams.

Starting from 11.00am through to 10.00pm NZT, the teams competed in various competitions such as the Harold Matthews Cup, SG Ball Cup, Jersey Flegg Cup, New South Wales Cup, and the NRL.

It was a rare event to have all five teams playing on the same day, showcasing the depth and talent within the club.

The games were intense and gripping, with four out of the five matches ending in nerve-racking finishes.

In the Harold Matthews Cup, the under-17 team found themselves trailing 14-18 with 90 seconds left on the clock after conceding a late try.

However, they managed to score a try near the posts on the last play of the game and converted it for a 20-18 victory.

It was a thrilling comeback that demonstrated the team's resilience and determination.

As a result of their successful Super Sunday, the New Zealand Warriors now find themselves leading two competitions and have climbed to sixth place on the NRL ladder.

The impressive performance across all levels of the club's teams is a testament to their hard work and dedication.

Head of Recruitment and Development, John Ackland, expressed his pride in the teams' achievements, stating, "It was quite remarkable, a great effort from everyone involved.

It's a credit to all of the people - the players, coaches, trainers, managers, medical staff, everyone."

Super Sunday truly served up a "full-on footy feast" for the New Zealand Warriors, showcasing the depth of talent within the club and their ability to compete across multiple competitions.

The successful day not only saw the teams leading in various competitions but also highlighted their fighting spirit and ability to perform under pressure.

The Warriors can now look forward to building on this momentum and continuing their strong run in the upcoming matches.
