NSW Cup Team List: All-comers Record Just One Win Away

North Sydney is set to challenge the NZ Warriors in an exciting round 20 New South Wales Cup match at North Harbour Stadium, with a kick-off scheduled for 12:00 PM.

The Warriors have the opportunity to break the club record for the most consecutive wins across all grades, currently standing at 12 straight victories.

The Warriors equaled this record last Sunday by defeating Western Suburbs 22-14.

This impressive winning streak matches the record established by the club's reserve grade team in 1996.

Under the leadership of head coach David Tangata-Toa, the 2025 reserve graders commenced their winning run after a single loss to the Jets back on April 12, bouncing back with a decisive 40-12 victory over the Dragons in round seven.

Since that initial defeat, the Warriors have triumphantly prevailed over:

  • Knights (30-18)
  • Bears (56-14)
  • Raiders (46-30)
  • Roosters (24-14)
  • Bulldogs (40-24)
  • Rabbitohs (24-6)
  • Jets (22-16)
  • Eels (46-22)
  • Panthers (32-12)
  • Sea Eagles (26-4)
  • Magpies

By securing the win against Western Suburbs, the Warriors have now completed the remarkable feat of defeating all other 12 clubs during this streak.

Their front row boasts experience, featuring 145-game NRL prop Bunty Afoa, the 2025 two-game first-grade hooker Sam Healey, and Freddy Lussick, who has made 48 NRL appearances.
