The NZ Warriors' wellbeing team is spearheading a project aimed at enhancing resilience in workplaces through the 'Wahs Up' wellbeing club.

This initiative is in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Le Va, the club's wellbeing partner.

The Warriors have already rolled out their resilience in industry program to various companies, including Firth Industries, Lion Breweries, New Zealand Couriers, DHL, and Joe Vagana's demolition business, TROW.

The workshops are led by Warriors alumni, including Jerry Seuseu, who serves as the club's wellbeing and education manager, along with Anthony Gelling, Ben Henry, Glen Fisiiahi, and Ali Lauitiiti.

The program is designed to foster workplace wellbeing, emphasizing the importance of resilience in professional settings.
