Former Queensland powerhouse Dylan Napa is gearing up for his Vegas debut, and he's chomping at the bit for this footy tournament that's a bit different from the usual NRL showdowns at Allegiant Stadium.

According to the folks over at zerotackle.com, Napa, a former Sydney Roosters and Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs bruiser, is set to tear it up in the Vegas 9s tournament alongside his cousin.

Representing the Brooklyn Kings in March, Napa expressed his excitement about finally teaming up with the squad, a partnership years in the making.

"I've had my eye on the Brooklyn Kings for a while now, even before COVID," Napa shared with nrl.com.au.

After more than five years of discussions with the New York outfit, the tough forward admitted he had a little assistance in securing his spot on the team.

With his sights set on a new challenge in the City of Lights, Napa is ready to bring some of that Queensland grit and determination to the Vegas 9s stage.

Fans will be eager to see how this seasoned pro will fare in this exciting new opportunity.
