The Paul Broughton Medal is an annual rugby league award named after Gold Coast Titans inaugural chairman and rugby league icon Paul Broughton OAM.

It recognizes outstanding individual playing performances throughout the regular NRL season.

The award is judged by the coaching staff, who give a 3-2-1 vote at the end of each weekly fixture.

The player with the highest number of votes at the end of the season is honored with the prestigious medal.

Luke Bailey holds the record for the most awards, having won the medal in 2007, 2010, and 2011.

Ryan James and Tino Fa'asuamaleaui have also won the award multiple times.

In the Titans' inaugural season, Bailey shared the medal with Gold Coast general manager of football Anthony Laffranchi.

Moeaki Fotuaika and Brian Kelly are the only current Titans players to have won the honor.

Fotuaika won the award as a teenager in 2019, while Kelly was rewarded for his influence in the club's final five game triumph in 2020.

Anthony Don holds the distinction of being the only winger to have won the medal, claiming it in 2017 as the Titans' leading try scorer.
