Tom Trbojevic Officially Confirms Future Amid Super League Links

As the open market approaches, Manly Sea Eagles' star fullback, Tom Trbojevic, has officially announced his decision regarding his future, dispelling rumors of a move to the Super League.

In recent months, the future of the $1.3 million-a-season player has been a topic of speculation, with reports suggesting interest from overseas teams such as the London Broncos and Warrington Wolves.

Nonetheless, the 2021 Dally M Player of the Year has chosen to remain in the NRL, signing a one-year contract extension with the Manly Sea Eagles that will keep him with the club until the end of the 2027 season.

"I'm so pleased to be staying at Manly for at least another two seasons. This club is such a big part of my life and always will be," Trbojevic stated.

He further expressed, "I want to be the best I can be next season, and that will be my focus over the next few months in pre-season."

Wrapping up his thoughts, he added, "I think the future looks bright here at Manly and it's great to have my new contract put to bed."
