Jackson Topine, a former player for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, has taken legal action against the club, claiming he suffered physical and mental harm during a training session.

Six former Bulldogs players, including Tevita Pangai Junior, Jayden Okunbor, Raymond Faitala-Mariner, Chris Patolo, Khaled Rhajab, and Fa'amanu Brown, have been summoned to testify in the court case.

Topine alleges that he was forced to wrestle up to 35 teammates as punishment for being late to training, leading to his injuries and trauma.

The players were reportedly present during the training session and will provide evidence to support Topine's claims.

The former Bulldogs' legal team is gathering information from these witnesses to strengthen their case against the club.

"The former players being summoned include Tevita Pangai Junior, Jayden Okunbor, Raymond Faitala-Mariner, Chris Patolo, Khaled Rhajab, and Fa'amanu Brown," reports Zero Tackle.

"It's been said that the players were present during a team training session, which reportedly saw Topine made to wrestle up to 35 teammates for being late to a training session," highlights the article.

"Jackson Topine has claimed he has suffered both physical and mental harm as a result of the punishment and is now suing his former club for millions," notes the Daily Telegraph.

"The former-Bulldog's legal team has discussed plans to retrieve evidence from all six players to continue building their case against the club," concludes the report.
