NSW coach Laurie Daley is set to name winger Brian To'o for the crucial third State of Origin match, despite his recent knee injury.

According to reports from abc.net.au, To'o underwent scans after experiencing discomfort following Thursday's win against Canterbury and required ice on his knee.

Fortunately, the scan results revealed no significant injury, prompting the Panthers to inform NSW that To'o is available for selection.

However, his training may be adjusted in the days leading up to the match on July 9 in Sydney, as his fitness is now in the hands of the Blues medical team.

NSW has already managed injuries this series, successfully bringing Payne Haas and To'o back from leg issues for the first two matches.

Daley's confidence in To'o's potential return is bolstered by the winger's standout performance in the second match, where he was the Blues' best player despite the narrow loss.
