The State of Origin MVP race has intensified following Game 2, with Brian To'o and Cameron Munster taking the lead in the voting.

To'o earned maximum votes from all three judges after scoring a hat-trick, bringing his total to seven votes for the game, and has now moved into the lead.

Cameron Munster, who failed to score in Game 1, significantly improved his standings and is currently in fourth.

Other players remaining in the MVP race include Payne Haas, who garnered several votes, along with Zac Lomax, Nathan Cleary, Kurt Capewell, Tom Dearden, and Isaah Yeo, all of whom still have a mathematical chance to clinch the crown after Game 3.

The voting panel for the MVP consists of Zero Tackle founder Matt Clements, writers Ethan Lee Chalk and Dan Nichols, and editor Scott Pryde, who utilize a 5-4-3-2-1 scoring system to determine the MVP for each game in the series.
