Throughout the series, To'o demonstrated his outstanding ability by averaging over 200 running metres per match.

The medal was presented to him by Brad Fittler, the coach of the Westpac NSW Blues, at a prestigious event held at The Star Event Centre.

The night saw the announcement of a total of 20 awards, spanning various competitions and representative categories.

Among the other notable awardees were Emma Tonegato, who was named the NSW Women's Origin Player of the Year, and Liam Martin, who received the True Blues Award.
