Tom Trbojevic's contract saga with Manly has officially concluded as the superstar fullback has signed a one-year deal that secures his spot at the NRL club until the end of 2027.

This new contract is reported to involve a considerable pay cut from his existing salary, which was back-ended and nearing $1.2 million for the upcoming season.

Trbojevic has previously emphasized his commitment to Manly, where he has played since his junior days, stating he would never consider playing against the team. However, there was notable interest from England if an agreement could not be finalized.

For the Sea Eagles, securing Trbojevic's signature is a significant relief, especially following the departure of long-serving player Daly Cherry-Evans this year.

"I'm so pleased to be staying at Manly for at least another two seasons," Trbojevic remarked.

"This club is such a big part of my life and always will be. I think the future looks bright here at Manly and it's great to have my new contract put to bed."
