Gold Coast Titans have announced a contract upgrade for young hooker Oliver Pascoe, just two months after he was honored as the 2025 Petero Civoniceva Medallist, recognizing him as the best player in the QLD Cup.

Pascoe now joins a distinguished group of players including Cody Walker, Daly Cherry-Evans, Greg Inglis, Jamal Fogarty, and Trai Fuller, having received a two-year contract upgrade from the Titans.

Initially brought on board with a 12-week train-and-trial contract, the hooker has now been promoted to the Titans' development list for the 2026 and 2027 NRL seasons.

The 26-year-old, who recently won the QLD Cup's best and fairest award, had an impressive season with the Ipswich Jets, the Titans' feeder club. During his 22 appearances, he tallied 15 tries, forced two drop-outs, and provided six try assists along with nine line-break assists.

Pascoe consistently started every match he played, averaging 94 running meters per game. He excelled defensively as well, making 830 total tackles with an impressive 93.2 percent efficiency rate. Additionally, he demonstrated a reliable kicking game when required.

"Oliver is a testament to hard work, determination and a never-say-die attitude," commented coach Josh Hannay. He emphasized, "He represents that whilst playing for the feeder club, you are never too far away from an NRL opportunity."
