Titans Aim to Sign Craig Bellamy for 2027

The Gold Coast Titans have made headlines by reportedly pursuing Craig Bellamy to take on a role starting in the NRL season of 2027.

Bellamy's current five-year contract with the Melbourne Storm is set to conclude at the end of 2026. During this contract, he has managed the team on a year-by-year basis.

Known for his long-standing tenure, Bellamy is preparing to lead the Storm in another grand final this Sunday. He has confirmed his commitment to coaching the Storm through 2026, though it is widely believed that his time as head coach will wrap up at that point.

What lies ahead for him-whether he stays involved in coaching or takes on a different role with the Storm-remains uncertain, but speculation suggests he could transition into an off-field position.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, the Titans are keen on having Bellamy join their organization in an executive capacity. The club is said to have reached out to him to gauge his interest in moving to the Gold Coast after the dismissal of Des Hasler.

However, Bellamy had already committed to coaching the Storm for the 2026 season, making a move to the Titans at that time unfeasible.
