In a recent interview, Big League caught up with Tim Brasher, a celebrated player from Balmain known for his remarkable contributions to rugby league in the 1990s.

Brasher, who notably played in the thrilling 1989 grand final as a schoolboy, also had a successful career at both Origin and Test levels.

Reflecting on his current life, Brasher mentioned, "I'm going well thanks.

I've got two kids.

One just started high school and the other is in Year 5 so they are keeping me busy with sport and different school activities.

Most of my time goes into keeping them happy, but I love it." He described his son as "more of an academic," noting that he attends an advanced learning school and excels in his studies, which Brasher humorously attributes to his mother's influence.

By balancing family life and reminiscing about his rugby past, Brasher continues to cherish the joys of parenthood while reflecting on his impressive sporting journey.
