After a bruising loss in their first outing, the Wests Tigers are gearing up to face off against the Titans at Cbus Super Stadium in Round 2 of the NRLW.

The Gold Coast squad kicked off their season with a solid eight-point win over the Dragons and are known for their attacking prowess, spearheaded by stars like Jaime Chapman and Evania Pelite in the backline.

The Queensland State of Origin winger, Emily Bass, will be looking to build on her stellar performance in the last round, where she notched a hat-trick for the 2023 NRLW Grand Finalists.

However, Titans winger Karina Brown will be sidelined with a calf issue, giving Georgia Grey the opportunity to make her NRLW debut.

Unfortunately, Zara Canfield will also be out of action due to a fractured thumb, leading to Rilee Jorgensen stepping into the starting lineup and Hailee-Jay Ormond-Maunsell joining the interchange bench.

The history between these two teams is brief, with the Titans narrowly edging out the Tigers 16-14 at the same venue back in 2023.

As both teams prepare to go head-to-head once again, it's sure to be a clash filled with intensity, passion, and a display of raw talent on the rugby league field.

Fans can expect nothing less than a thrilling showdown as these fierce competitors battle it out for dominance on the field.
