In a disappointing end to their 2023 NRL season, the Wests Tigers suffered a heavy 54-12 defeat against the Manly Sea Eagles at 4 Pines Park.

According to a report on the Wests Tigers' official website, the match was a Round 27 clash against the Sea Eagles.

The game started with a try from Tolutau Koula, who was set up by a second-rower.

Koula showcased his speed and agility to score the opening try of the evening.

However, the Sea Eagles quickly retaliated as Brad Parker had an opportunity to increase their lead but failed to catch a bouncing kick from Daly Cherry-Evans cleanly.

Instead, Manly's Api Koroisau displayed impressive footwork to score his sixth try of the season, leveling the scores.

Koula then scored his second try of the match, putting the Wests Tigers back in the lead.

Unfortunately, the Sea Eagles dominated the game with two quick tries from Jason Saab, extending their advantage to fourteen points.

Just before halftime, Ethan Bullemor secured another try for the Sea Eagles, increasing the scoreline to 26-6.
