The Wests Tigers Under 18s CUBS have wrapped up their Tamworth tour in style, with a commanding 30-4 victory over the Newcastle Knights at Scully Park.
The Knights got off to a flying start with winger Kryan Blair scoring first, but the Tigers quickly responded with prop Kohan Lewis crossing the try line to make it 6-4 at half time.
In the second half, Wests Magpies Harold Matthews half Alex Isdale dazzled with a 20-meter solo effort to extend the Tigers' lead.
Left centre Callum McMeneny then added to the scoreline with two tries, while Harold Matthews centre Glassie Glassie sealed the deal with the final try.
This win over Newcastle marks a hat-trick of victories for the Wests Tigers CUBS in Tamworth over the past three years, cementing their dominance in the region.
