Three Roosters ruffle feathers in Tonga's lineup

Three Roosters have been called up to join the mighty Tonga side as they prepare to take on the Kangaroos and the Kiwis in the Pacific Championships.

Panthers centre Paul Alamoti's impressive performance during the finals has earned him a well-deserved spot in the squad.

Led by the formidable duo of Jason Taumalolo and Addin Fonua-Blake, Tonga will kick off the tournament against the Kangaroos at Suncorp Stadium on October 18 before clashing with the Kiwis at Go Media Stadium on November 3.

Dolphins playmaker Isaiya Katoa will be partnering up with Huddersfield's Tui Lolohea in the halves, bringing a blend of skill and experience to the team.

Backed by a strong forward pack featuring the likes of Taumalolo, Fonua-Blake, and Keaon Koloamatangi, Tonga is ready to take on their opponents head-on.

Bulldogs-bound secondrower Sitili Tupouniua, along with Roosters' Siua Wong and Cowboys' Kulikefu Finefeuiaki, will be looking to make their mark on the field.

In the backline, star rookie Lehi Hopoate will be showcasing his talent alongside Sea Eagles' Tolu Koula and Dragons' Mosese Suli.

Roosters winger Daniel Tupou, Sharks' Sione Katoa, and Eels recruit Isaiah Iongi will be adding their speed and agility to Tonga's attacking line-up.

With a mix of seasoned veterans and up-and-coming talent, Tonga is gearing up for a fierce competition against their rivals in the Pacific Championships.Fans can expect some electrifying clashes and nail-biting moments as these powerhouse teams go head to head on the field.
