Golden 'oldie' Temara takes her place in NRLW history books
Raiders captain Zahara Temara acknowledges that reaching 50 games in the NRLW signifies a long career, but she insists on keeping her age out of the conversation with her teammates.
Temara, 28, now joins an esteemed group of players, including Broncos pioneers Ali Brigginshaw and Chelsea Lenarduzzi, as well as Roosters stars Keeley Davis and Isabelle Davis, by entering the 50-game club when the Raiders face off against Wests Tigers on Saturday.
Her journey began seven years ago during the inaugural NRLW season, where she made her debut alongside Kelly for the Roosters.
After achieving 24 games and a premiership with the Roosters, she transitioned to the Raiders, contributing 25 games over the last three seasons.
